D.A.R.E. Logo and Web Site Registration Form

Many law enforcement agencies and other organizations show their support of D.A.R.E. America and the D.A.R.E. program by placing the D.A.R.E. logo on their web site and including a link to the D.A.R.E. web site. Because D.A.R.E. is a registered trademark, written consent must be obtained from D.A.R.E. America prior to placing the logo on your web site, or any other use.

By filling out this form, you agree to the following conditions:

  • You understand that D.A.R.E. is a registered trademark and that consent by D.A.R.E. America must be obtained prior to usage.
     

  • Your site may not host live unmonitored chats.
     

  •  This form is for use of the D.A.R.E. logo on web sites only. All other uses of the D.A.R.E. logo should be directed to the D.A.R.E. America Trademark Division. Contact webmaster@dare.org

Agreement Expires

 

This agreement, once approved, will be in effect for one year. After that period of time, you must reregister your web site by filling out a new form.

  • Your site will be reviewed before approval is granted and monitored periodically after approval is granted to ensure proper usage of the D.A.R.E. logo.
     

  • An official approval will be emailed to you within 48 to 72 hours.
